Your other Mac PREMIUM

Right-click a meeting and send it to your other Mac, where it arrives on its own in seconds — nothing to press on the other end. The transcript, summary and speakers travel; the audio never does. It stays on the machine that recorded it.

You can send your speaker names too, so a voice you named here is recognised there — names and a small voice fingerprint, never the recordings they came from. Nothing is shared until you pick a meeting. New in v0.6.

Speaker tagging PREMIUM

Identify each distinct voice in the meeting and group segments by speaker. Name "Marisa" once — the entire transcript relabels. New in v0.6: VBxHMM clustering closes false-positives that used to over-split 1:1 calls.

People — voice address book PREMIUM

Naming a speaker makes them a Person. The next meeting asks "Looks like Marisa — link?" with one-click accept. Correct a name and it follows that voice through every meeting they appear in; merge two entries that turn out to be the same person, or forget one entirely. Builds your private voice library on-device. New in v0.6.

Pull out AirPods mid-meeting? Transcript stays continuous. Smart chunking lands transcripts at natural pauses, not 30-second cuts. New device-switch handling in v0.6.

Date sections, pin meetings, tag, search across transcripts and summaries, sort, filter. Export to TXT, Markdown, CSV, PDF or via macOS Share Sheet.

Know where the space went

Recordings are almost all of what a meeting library weighs. Settings → Storage shows what each one costs you, largest first, and lets you delete a recording’s audio while keeping its transcript and summary. Audio that ages past a year gets pointed out — it only ever suggests, you confirm. New in v0.6.

Your Mac writes the summary

Apple ships an on-device model now, and Minutiva can use it — so you can have summaries with no provider connected at all, nothing to sign up for and no key to paste. It is deliberately narrower than a cloud model: strong at pulling out what people agreed to do, and it leaves the speculation to you. Long meetings are handled in passes. Pick a style — action items, decisions, a brief — in Settings → Summaries. New in v0.6.

Your calendar can offer to record

The most common reason a meeting goes unrecorded isn’t a bug, it’s forgetting. When a meeting on your calendar starts, Minutiva asks whether to record it and names it after the event. It never starts on its own, and once you’ve answered it won’t ask again about that meeting. Choose which calendars it watches, so it asks about your stand-up and not about birthdays. Off until you turn it on, and your calendar is read on this Mac. New in v0.6.

Find the line, and who said it

Search inside a transcript and jump straight to the moment. Search the library by who was in the meeting, not just what was said. Every meeting carries a thin bar showing each voice’s share of it, so you can see who did the talking before you open anything — and People → Your year draws your whole library as a picture worth sharing. New in v0.6.
