Terms of Service

Fabulozo by SoDulce Labs LLC — Last updated: July 21, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Fabulozo (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and SoDulce Labs LLC (“SoDulce Labs”, “we”, “us”), not with Apple.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fabulozo on any Mac you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also apply.

The App

Fabulozo is a free macOS disk analysis and cleaning utility. It scans your file system locally, displays disk usage information, and lets you move files to your macOS Trash, where they generally remain recoverable until you empty the Trash.

Your Files Are Your Responsibility — Back Them Up

You are solely responsible for reviewing files before moving them to Trash and for deciding what to remove. Once you empty the Trash, files cannot be recovered by us or by anyone. You should maintain your own independent backups of any data you value (for example, Time Machine or another backup) before using the App. We are not a backup service and keep no copy of your files.

No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that it will correctly identify, preserve, or move any particular file. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that operations involving your files — including scanning and moving files to the Trash — carry an inherent risk of data loss, corruption, or unintended removal, whether due to software errors, disk or system conditions, user error, or other causes. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SODULCE LABS AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY FILES OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $5.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoDulce Labs and its owners, members, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain a link to PayPal for optional donations. If you interact with third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. SoDulce Labs is not responsible for third-party services.

Apple

These Terms are between you and SoDulce Labs only. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Modifications; Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, and changes will be posted here with an updated date. You may stop using Fabulozo at any time by uninstalling it. We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
