By downloading, installing, or using Fabulozo (“the App”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

SoDulce Labs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fabulozo on any Mac you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App

Fabulozo is a free macOS disk analysis and cleaning utility. It scans your file system locally, displays disk usage information, and allows you to move files to your macOS Trash. The App does not permanently delete files.

No Warranty

Fabulozo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SoDulce Labs LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoDulce Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing files before moving them to Trash. While Fabulozo sends deletions to your macOS Trash (allowing recovery), once you empty the Trash, files cannot be recovered by us.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain a link to PayPal for optional donations. If you interact with third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. SoDulce Labs LLC is not responsible for third-party services.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Termination

You may stop using Fabulozo at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
