SoDulce Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) built Fabulozo as a free macOS application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Data Collection (the app)

Fabulozo (the macOS app) does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app operates entirely on your local machine. Specifically:

No analytics or tracking from inside the app
No crash reporting sent to us
No network requests made by the app
No account creation required
No cookies or identifiers

Marketing website (sodulcelabs.com)

This separate marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregated, cookie-free traffic stats) and Meta Pixel (so we can measure whether ads on Meta platforms drive visits and downloads). Both run only on the public marketing pages — not in the Fabulozo app itself. The App Store may generate its own analytics for the Fabulozo listing under Apple’s privacy policy.

File System Access

Fabulozo requires access to your file system to perform disk analysis. All scanning and file operations happen locally on your Mac. File data never leaves your device. When you choose to delete files, they are moved to your macOS Trash, where they can be recovered.

Third-Party Services

Fabulozo contains an optional donation link to PayPal for the Kerrnandez Foundation. If you choose to donate, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website, which is governed by PayPal’s own privacy policy. We do not receive any of your payment information.

Data Stored Locally

Fabulozo stores minimal preferences on your device using macOS UserDefaults (e.g., whether you’ve completed the onboarding tour, donation banner cooldown). This data stays on your Mac and is never transmitted anywhere.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
