Privacy Policy
Fotolozo by SoDulce Labs LLC — Last updated: July 21, 2026
SoDulce Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) built Fotolozo as an iPhone application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
Data Collection (the app)
Fotolozo (the iPhone app) does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The app operates entirely on your device. Specifically:
- No analytics or tracking from inside the app
- No crash reporting sent to us
- No network requests made by the app (except Apple’s App Store for optional purchases)
- No account creation required
- No cookies or identifiers
Marketing website (sodulcelabs.com)
This separate marketing site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregated, cookie-free traffic stats) and Meta Pixel (so we can measure whether ads on Meta platforms drive visits and downloads). Both run only on the public marketing pages — not in the Fotolozo app itself. The App Store may generate its own analytics for the Fotolozo listing under Apple’s privacy policy.
Photo Library Access
Fotolozo requires access to your photo library to do its job: finding duplicates, screenshots, blurry photos, and clutter, and detecting sensitive photos. All of this analysis happens locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device photo and content-analysis frameworks. Your photos are never uploaded, never sent to us, and never seen by us. When you remove photos, Fotolozo routes them to your system “Recently Deleted” album, where iOS generally keeps them recoverable for about 30 days before removing them permanently.
Safe Handoff Vault
Photos you lock into Fotolozo’s Safe Handoff vault are encrypted on your device and removed from your camera roll so they aren’t visible when you hand your phone to someone. They stay on your device; nothing is uploaded and we keep no copy. You can restore them to your library from within the app. Because everything stays on your device and we hold no copy, we cannot recover vault contents for you if you lose access to your device, forget your passcode, or delete or reinstall the app — please keep your own backups of photos you value.
Face ID
Fotolozo uses Face ID / Touch ID (through Apple’s LocalAuthentication) only to unlock your vault and confirm sensitive actions. This authentication is handled entirely by iOS; Fotolozo never receives or stores your biometric data.
Security
Your vault is encrypted on your device, and we designed Fotolozo to keep your photos on your phone and out of our hands entirely. That said, no method of electronic storage or processing is completely secure, and you are responsible for the security of your device and passcode. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction; Fotolozo does not receive your payment details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchase information.
Data Stored Locally
Fotolozo stores minimal preferences on your device using iOS UserDefaults (e.g., whether you’ve completed onboarding, your cleaning settings) and your encrypted vault. This data stays on your iPhone and is never transmitted anywhere.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. In fact, we don’t collect information from anyone.
Terms of Use
Your use of Fotolozo is also governed by our Terms of Use, which include important information about your responsibilities, backups, and limitations of our liability.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
