A meeting sent to your other Mac now arrives with its voices, not just its words.

Speakers show up on the Mac that received the meeting

The names you gave each voice travelled with the meeting all along — they were written to disk on arrival. What was missing was anywhere to see them: the Other voices panel only appeared for meetings recorded on that same Mac, so on the receiving side it stayed hidden, and the button to open it did nothing.

The panel now appears whenever a meeting has voices to show, wherever they came from. You can rename people there and merge two voices into one, and a name you correct still travels back to your People list.

Two things stay unavailable, because they need the recording itself: playing a voice sample, and splitting a segment off into its own voice. Both say so rather than doing nothing — the audio never leaves the Mac that made it, which is the point.

Also fixes meetings whose audio you cleared

The same gap applied at home: if you freed up space by deleting a recording’s audio while keeping its transcript, that meeting lost its speaker panel too. It keeps it now.
